p98 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Player

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on p98 or by using any service available through the platform at p98.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all players, regardless of how you access the platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other device.

Continued use of the p98 platform after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use p98, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended p98 account.
• You must not be accessing p98 from a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

p98 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance derived from unverified play.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold one account only on p98. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method or different details — is strictly prohibited. p98 may merge or close duplicate accounts and apply balance adjustments at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. p98 cannot reverse transactions or bets placed by a third party who accessed your account because your credentials were shared or compromised through your own actions.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the p98 support team immediately. You should also change your password without delay.

Account balances are for personal entertainment use only and cannot be transferred to another player's account, traded or used as a form of credit or currency outside the p98 platform.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on p98 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — typically instant processing
• Easypaisa — typically instant processing
• Raast — Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — processing time depends on your bank

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your p98 account. These limits may vary by payment method. p98 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name — third-party funding is not permitted.

Deposits made through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments or on behalf of another person are a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities. Any funds associated with fraudulent deposits will be returned to the rightful owner or payment provider.

p98 does not charge deposit fees on its side, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside p98's control and are your responsibility to understand before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with any identity documentation requested by p98.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• If your balance contains bonus-derived funds, those funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible.

p98 processes withdrawal requests within a standard review period. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than Bank Transfer, but exact processing times depend on the payment provider's own systems and are not entirely within p98's control.

p98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not been previously verified or if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not a penalty.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

p98 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new players and ongoing promotions for active players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the offer terms. Table games, Live Casino and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address or payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly or applied to another player's account.
• p98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any wagering already completed in good faith will be assessed case by case.
• Players who appear to be abusing bonus structures — for example, placing low-risk offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements artificially — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. If p98 determines that a player's betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play and are primarily aimed at extracting bonus value, p98 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility for that account going forward.

7. Betting Rules

The p98 Sports Betting section covers Cricket (including Pakistan international matches, PSL T20 fixtures and major ICC tournaments), Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on p98:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless p98 specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are available in the Betting section of the platform.
• p98 reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant market before the bet is placed.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, insider information or coordinated manipulation of betting markets will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of related bets.

p98 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of betting rules, market terms or settlement procedures. It is the player's responsibility to understand the bet they are placing before confirming it.

8. Casino & Games

The p98 Casino section — including Slots, table games, Live Casino and Bingo — operates using game software from established third-party providers. All games use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. p98 does not influence or alter game outcomes.

Game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are consistent across all platforms using the same software. RTP information is typically available within the game's information or help section.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, software crash or display error — the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the stake returned, or the round may be settled based on the last confirmed game state, depending on the nature of the malfunction. p98's decision in such cases is final.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers. Occasional interruptions due to streaming issues may occur. p98 is not liable for streaming quality issues outside its direct control, but will work to resolve any disputes arising from interrupted Live Casino sessions.

9. Player Conduct

By using p98, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair and honest gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or suspected exploits may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in any game format where player-versus-player interaction is involved.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Any attempt to launder money or use p98 for any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing p98 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including betting and gaming choices.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.

p98's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

p98 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p98 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
